Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Naked Brand Group
Mr. Davis-Rice is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Naked Brand Group. Prior to becoming Executive Chairman, Mr. Davis-Rice served as Chief Executive Officer of Bendon Limited since 2010. As CEO, he transformed the company through an operational restructuring and a re-engineering of key functional and operational aspects of the business including, supply chain, human resources, design and development, sourcing, wholesale and retail sales. Prior to joining Bendon Limited, Mr. Davis-Rice co-founded Pleasure State, an intimate apparel company which he merged with Bendon Limited in May 2010. Mr. Davis-Rice helped turn Pleasure State into a business with multimillion-dollar earnings. Mr. Davis-Rice has served as a member of Naked’s board of directors since January 2017.
Chief Executive Officer Bendon Limited
Anna Johnson is currently Chief Executive Officer Bendon Limited. Ms. Johnson brings to Naked a track record of over 25 years’ experience driving growth across a number of industries including consumer electronics, outdoor adventure and intimate apparel. Prior to re-joining Bendon, Ms. Johnson was EGM of operations with The Warehouse Group (NZE: WHS), one of New Zealand's largest publicly listed companies, where she oversaw $1 billion of revenue and a 93-store footprint. From 2012 to 2017, Ms. Johnson spearheaded the retail channel at Bendon as EGM, delivering sequential 30% plus returns from multiple women's categories. Prior to Bendon, Ms. Johnson was the GM for the New Zealand territory and franchisee with Harvey Norman (ASX: HVN), one of Australia's largest list retailers.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark has extensive experience with public company finance as a corporate officer and audit committee member. His executive career spans senior finance leadership roles with major ASX listed companies such as Cochlear, Aristocrat, Coca-Cola Amatil and Goodman Fielder. Currently, he serves as a non-executive director and chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Opyl Limited, an ASX listed AI technology business focused on life sciences. Previously, he was non-executive director and chair of Respiri Limited, an eHealth SaaS company, and non-executive director and chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Orcoda Limited, a SaaS based technology company. Mark commenced his career with EY, working in business advisory, tax and management consulting. His most recent executive roles include Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for Wiseway Group Limited (who he successfully led through an IPO and listing on ASX) and Chief Financial Officer of [ASX] listed global medtech company Anteris Technologies Limited. Prior to this, Mark was Director of Finance and IT for Asia Pacific at Cochlear. He has a strong track record of delivering growth and improvement across multiple industry sectors including medtech/health, technology and consumer, and geographies across the Americas, Europe and Oceania. Mark has also worked extensively in Asia for more than 25 years.
General Manager - Logistics
Lyle Cardy joins the company from The Warehouse Group, where he led several strategic initiatives to solidify The Warehouse Group's distribution, logistical network and supply chain. Mr. Cardy's depth of experience in all aspects of logistics is expected to help drive operational synergies throughout Naked's global operating platform.
General Manager - Technology & Transformation
Chin Edirisuriya joins Naked as General Manager - Technology & Transformation, joining the company from Hewlett Packard, where he spent nine years in senior leadership positions. Most recently Mr. Edirisuriya led the PC Category business, driving 16 quarters of growth and leading several strategic transformation projects. Prior to HP, Mr. Edirisuriya worked with current Naked CEO Anna Johnson at Harvey Norman.
General Manager - Retail
Angela Mana-Tupara brings with her over 13 years of experience in retail operations and senior management. Ms. Mana-Tupara joins Naked from the global firm Cotton On Group, where she sat on the executive team leading strategic projects, including spearheading the Cotton on Kids brand.
General Manager - Merchandise
Kirsty McKeown re-joins Naked as General Manager - Merchandise, having previously worked with Naked in numerous merchandise roles over a nine-year period. Immediately prior to re-joining Naked, Ms. McKeown served as Head of Merchandise at Signature Rugs, leveraging her extensive experience in overseas sourcing and production to drive forward key initiatives.
